Shipping Policy
Ka Yan Limited ships to all addresses within the countries served by wd06.watchhousesale.com. Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase. Standard shipping delivers within 3 to 7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping delivers within 2 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method. A tracking number is provided via email to [email protected] for every order. Ka Yan Limited does not ship to P.O. boxes. All shipments require a physical address and a signature upon delivery for orders exceeding $150 USD.
Returns Policy
14-Day No-Reason Returns
Customers may return any item purchased on wd06.watchhousesale.com within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. No reason or explanation is required. The 14-day period begins on the date the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the customer’s provided address. Return requests submitted after 14 days from delivery are not accepted.
Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All original tags, labels, and hygiene liners must be attached. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox without damage to the box. Underwear and swimwear are returnable only if the original hygiene seal remains intact and unbroken. Items that show signs of wear, odor, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or smoke are not accepted for return. Ka Yan Limited inspects every returned item. Any item failing the inspection is sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items are not returnable. Gift cards are not returnable. Face masks are not returnable. Items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not returnable to Ka Yan Limited.
Buyer Responsible for Return Shipping Costs
The customer pays all return shipping costs. Ka Yan Limited does not provide prepaid return labels. The customer must select a shipping carrier that offers tracking and insurance. Ka Yan Limited is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit. A tracking number must be submitted to [email protected] upon return shipment.

Refund Timeline and Method
Refund Processing Time
After Ka Yan Limited receives the returned item and passes inspection, the refund is initiated within 3 business days. The refund amount reflects on the customer’s original payment method no earlier than 14 calendar days from the date Ka Yan Limited received the return. This 14-day minimum applies to all refunds regardless of payment type.
PayPal Refunds
Refunds issued to PayPal accounts take a minimum of 14 calendar days from the date Ka Yan Limited receives the return. In jurisdictions where local consumer protection laws require a longer period for PayPal transactions, the refund takes exactly 30 calendar days from the date Ka Yan Limited receives the return. Customers subject to a 30-day PayPal refund period are notified via email at the time of return approval.
Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are not refunded. Duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees paid by the customer are not refunded by Ka Yan Limited. The customer must contact the local customs office for duty refunds.
Refund Amount
The refund equals the purchase price of the returned item only. Promotional discounts applied to the original order are recalculated. If the return reduces the order value below a promotional threshold (e.g., “buy two get 20% off”), the discount is removed from the retained items, and the refund amount adjusts accordingly.
Refund Process – Step by Step
Step 1 – Request Return
Within 14 days of delivery, send an email to [email protected] with the order number, the item name, and the reason for return (optional). Ka Yan Limited responds within 1 business day with return approval and a return authorization number.
Step 2 – Pack and Ship
Place the item in original packaging including all tags. Print the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship the package to 30/F, Tower 2, Exchange Square, 19 Connaught Road Central, Central using a tracked shipping method. Retain the tracking number and shipping receipt.
Step 3 – Submit Tracking
Forward the tracking number and the shipping carrier name to [email protected] immediately after shipping. Returns without a tracking number on file are processed only after delivery is confirmed by carrier scan, which may add up to 10 business days.
Step 4 – Inspection
Upon delivery to 30/F, Tower 2, Exchange Square, 19 Connaught Road Central, Central, Ka Yan Limited inspects the return within 3 business days. An email notification is sent to confirm inspection results. If inspection fails, the item is returned to the customer via the same carrier at the customer’s cost.
Step 5 – Refund Issuance
For approved returns, Ka Yan Limited issues the refund to the original payment method. The refund appears on the customer’s statement no sooner than 14 calendar days after the inspection date. For PayPal payments in jurisdictions requiring 30 days, the refund appears exactly 30 calendar days after the inspection date.
Step 6 – Confirmation
An email confirmation of the completed refund is sent to [email protected] on the day the refund is released by the payment processor. The customer must allow 2 additional business days for bank or PayPal processing.
